Building facts, such as open HPD violations and 311 complaints, would come only from an official API, with a date. If there is no data, there is no block. Numbers are not invented. Those API addresses are not published on this page.

A failed official page is not treated as a new law. If a check cannot be read, the last usable version can be cited, with the date, and the screen says the check did not succeed. This page does not demonstrate that check, because the library is not built.
