Disclaimer
The notice, the voice, and the consent words. Nothing here is a consultation.

This is a draft based on open sources. We do not give legal advice and we are not responsible for how it is used. You decide whether to send it, edit it, or speak with a lawyer.
How the service speaks
Everything the service itself says is a suggestion. It may say “a draft was prepared from sources”, “you could consider”, or “the document says…”. A quotation from an official file is not a ruling by the service. The service does not add a verdict on top of a quotation. What you wrote is retold as “you described…”. It is not raised to “the law was broken” unless a found source says that.
What it will not say
No guarantee. No “you must”. No “the correct legal step”. No “this is a violation, so you should”. No “legally correct”. No “send it as is”. No ruling in the service’s own voice.
If the house type is not known
The draft can advise you that the building type is not established and that you should check before sending. It does not pretend the path is already handled. You are not blocked.
Words in the consent window
The service is free. To prepare the draft, the problem description and address you entered may be sent to an outside provider and used by that provider to prepare this draft. By pressing “Prepare”, you agree to this and take responsibility yourself.
“Decline” — nothing is sent, and no draft is created.
